While I decided not to proceed with enclosing my garage port, this decision was greatly influenced by the contractor’s professionalism, candor and integrity when he assessed that the project would be a significant investment. This assessment factored in my cost/benefit decision to abort the project. Professionalism steeped in candor and integrity is invaluable in a contractor.
