I have been in the event planning / catering field for over 20 years. I have assisted with events ranging from a First Communion to Corporate Sales Rallies to Weddings from the size of 15 guests to over 300 guests .
With the knowledge and experience in planning and coordinating Weddings, our clients are able to relax and enjoy their day because I will handle all of the details making your event flawless!

Mary was such a blessing to me in my wedding planning process. Not only is she more affordable than anyone else I found, she was so eager to be helpful and available. She met with me twice at the venue before the wedding and was free for texts and calls when I needed help deciding on a design detail. She was eager, enthusiastic, bubbly and so sweet to everyone she connected with. Her and her assistant set up three locations (reception, cocktail, and ceremony) in just two short hours and everything was beautifully arranged. She was able to manage the stress of the day so that I was free to enjoy the day and not worry about the details which is ultimately what I was looking for.

Mary was incredible. She ensured that our wedding day was executed exactly how we wanted, and anticipated needs and concerns the entire day. Mary supplied several items for our reception and beautifully coordinated the setup of our decorations for the ceremony and reception. The day-of timeline was smooth from start to finish. Beyond her professional acumen, Mary was extremely kind and easy to work with, and went out of her way to give helpful recommendations, leave special touches, and arrange logistics for us in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. There is absolutely no way that we could have made it all happen on the day of without her. If you are a DIY couple on the fence about professional coordinating assistance, Mary's services are perfect for you- you may not have any idea what you still need but she will pull it all together with sensitivity to your vision and any constraints you may have. She is a true gem.

Mary is the best kept secret in event planning. She is beyond competent and well-suited for this job. Not only was she an amazing planner throughout the process, but she is a calm presence to work with during your wedding day. Mary provided a variety of materials that saved me so much time and money the day of in addition to playing MC for the evening. I give Mary my highest recommendation. 110/10. You can’t go wrong with this choice.

Mary was absolutely amazing! I hired her for day of coordination for my wedding but she provided so much more! She was my hub for communication with my other vendors, my drill sergeant making sure my friends and family new their jobs for the ceremony, my sanity when the wedding details felt overwhelming and my cheerleader for my husband and my wedding! At my request, she attended my food tasting (provide additional opinion), and multiple venue walk throughs so that she could understand how I wanted the flow of the ceremony and reception to be. She was experienced, professional, the easiest to work with and really helped me shape my wedding day into the absolute perfect day! You will not find a better coordinator! Look no further than Mary!!

Our day could not have happened without Mary!! She made everything run so smoothly. Both families were from out of town so finding vendors and coordinating what the venue would look like and timelines for each person would have been very difficult! Mary met with our venue, reached out to our vendors, got together for our rehearsal and all of the big day. We were able to drop off all of our decor the night before and our officiant raved about how great she was at coordinating the bridal party and the whole ceremony. On the day of she had everything being set up and brought our vision to life so well! The next day we were able to meet up again and get back lots of decor and items we left behind that night that she cleaned up. She was so amazing to work with and while our head of events at the venue was sick for the days leading up to the event and the event itself, Mary was talking to everyone at the venue and helping move people where they should be for cocktail hour or the sparkler exit. She also got the sweetest videos and photos of us dancing with family when the photographer was gone for moments. We loved everything so much!!! Would recommend Mary to anyone!! 10/10 :) Thank you for everything
