I have been in the event planning / catering field for over 20 years. I have assisted with events ranging from a First Communion to Corporate Sales Rallies to Weddings from the size of 15 guests to over 300 guests . With the knowledge and experience in planning and coordinating Weddings, our clients are able to relax and enjoy their day because I will handle all of the details making your event flawless! Mary is the best kept secret in event planning. She is beyond competent and well-suited for this job. Not only was she an amazing planner throughout the process, but she is a calm presence to work with during your wedding day. Mary provided a variety of materials that saved me so much time and money the day of in addition to playing MC for the evening. I give Mary my highest recommendation. 110/10. You can’t go wrong with this choice.

Mary did a great job making sure things ran smoothly coming up to and during our wedding day! We especially appreciated the wedding items she was able to loan us, so we didn’t have to buy them for just one day. We would definitely recommend her services to other couples getting married.

Mary was incredible to work with. She was kind, professional, and made me even more excited for my wedding. I worked with Mary for a few months leading up to the Wedding to go over details, and as we approached she took charge of contacting vendors and creating a timeline for us. She knew all the right questions to ask, and she was proactive and responsive; not to mention, a great value! She really needs to be charging more!! On the day-of, I didn’t worry about a single thing. Mary took charge and made it look incredible. I knew Mary would do well, but it was PERFECT. I recommend Mary to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator.

Mary was a dream. She set up the decor exactly as my daughter the bride wanted, ran the Music for the ceremony before the DJ arrived, got people to the right place, ran to 7-11 when we ran out of wine during the ceremony for us, calmed us all. She asked great questions to help us focus ahead on what we needed. We had not wanted a coordinator but now realize we could not have done it at all without Mary. She was extremely reasonable in cost and invaluable in service.
