I have been in the event planning / catering field for over 20 years. I have assisted with events ranging from a First Communion to Corporate Sales Rallies to Weddings from the size of 15 guests to over 300 guests .
With the knowledge and experience in planning and coordinating Weddings, our clients are able to relax and enjoy their day because I will handle all of the details making your event flawless!

Mary was absolutely amazing! I hired her for day of coordination for my wedding but she provided so much more! She was my hub for communication with my other vendors, my drill sergeant making sure my friends and family new their jobs for the ceremony, my sanity when the wedding details felt overwhelming and my cheerleader for my husband and my wedding! At my request, she attended my food tasting (provide additional opinion), and multiple venue walk throughs so that she could understand how I wanted the flow of the ceremony and reception to be. She was experienced, professional, the easiest to work with and really helped me shape my wedding day into the absolute perfect day! You will not find a better coordinator! Look no further than Mary!!

Mary is truly a God send. From the first phone call to the actual wedding day, she has been professional, reliable, and easy to communicate. She’s not only a day-of- coordinator but also works hard way before that. She executed my wedding vision beautifully and was always there for me when I needed her. No messages or emails went unanswered. She offered the most thoughtful wedding advice and even helped us put all of the wedding decor in her van so we don’t have to worry about it the day of.
On the wedding day, there were some guests who RSVP no but still showed up and Mary was quick on her feet to set up their plates, chairs and wedding favors. She’s simply the best and I can’t thank her enough. I was able to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest with ABSOLUTELY NO STRESS was because of her. Hiring her was the best decision we could make for our wedding. Please do yourself a favor and hire her as your day-of-coordinator because you will not regret it! Mary is the best kept secret in event planning. She is beyond competent and well-suited for this job. Not only was she an amazing planner throughout the process, but she is a calm presence to work with during your wedding day. Mary provided a variety of materials that saved me so much time and money the day of in addition to playing MC for the evening. I give Mary my highest recommendation. 110/10. It was lovely to work with Mary for our wedding! In addition to coordinating the wedding the day-of, she was always available months ahead of time to ask questions and provide advice. She took care of all our decorations before and after the ceremony, was the point person for vendors, and kept everything running so smoothly on our somewhat tight timeline. She was very friendly, easygoing, organized, and patient. We knew our wedding was in good hands, allowing us to sit back and enjoy the day! Her behind the scenes photos were also very sweet 😊 Thank you for everything Mary!
