- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per month, and our pricing structure is based on the lifetime value of your customer. We DO NOT take Ad spend money directly rather you set that up in your account that you give us access to, this way you can track exactly where your ad money is going.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you sign the proposal and pay, we do an onboarding process to get all the in depth information about your business and things we need to get you to your goal. This onboarding process explains everything you need to know about how our process works, getting your ad account set up, and building the first ad strategy. Unlike other agencies, we want to get started as quick and efficiently as possible so we guid you through what we need in the 90 minute onboarding session. After that we will have weekly or once a month meetings to make the customers you are getting stay for the long run and other marketing consulting that will help you with long-term retention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Business Administration with concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Marketing. But no one teaches you social media marketing in college and if they do it's probably outdated b/c algorithms change every few months. So I've done courses and mentored under professionals who've spent thousands of dollars on social media, but also scaled their business to success. I also keep myself busy learning new marketing tactic and sales strategies, where ever I see it workings.
