- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always give the customer one price up front with no hidden fees. And when it comes too seniors will give them a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To give them a free estimate , try to meet with customer in person to see what kind problem they are having. Especially when comes to leaks in home if possibly with customer to schedule a time that’s good for them, tell them what we recommend and answer any questions they may have.
