My roof had a leak during October and the insurance company didnt want to fully pay to replace the roof. IME Construction LLC dealt with the insurance company to make sure that they were aware of the details involved with replacing the roof so that proper payment was made. They did a fabulous job replacing my entire roof which included new insulation and gutters. My roof looks great and the attention to detail was fantastic. I cannot thank IME Construction LLC enough for everything. I would highly recommend that those needing roof replacement use this company--IME Construction LLC. They are reliable, knowledgeable, professional and provide outstanding service. I am thankful for them.

Our fees are very competitive, with a guarantee of the lowest possible price for a high-quality job. Additional 12 % discount for seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we use the following process: 1. Evaluate Customer Needs: Evaluate whether the customer’s needs align with our services. Understand the customer’s budget, timeline, and preferences to ascertain that we can help. If not, we will politely tell them so or refer the customer to someone who can help the customer. 2. Presentation: Present our solutions, highlighting benefits, quality, and our professional standards. Address any concerns or questions. 3. Explain Contract Terms and Close: Finalize the deal by thoroughly explaining and agreeing on terms, signing contracts, and scheduling the project. 4. Follow up: Maintain communication after the sale periodically. Ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues, and seek review.

Our technical team is led by two project managers--a trained architect and expert roofing consultant and a master concrete/ stone mason, who are manufacturers trained and certified to install their products.
