- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask us about discounts for individual services: bundling your resume with a cover letter or career coaching or helping you get your LinkedIn profile updated. Standard pricing is on our website; however, always ask us about bundled discounts, seasonal discounts and specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal Recruiting: We respond to the customer via email or phone. We follow up clients who request Personal Recruiting with a phone call to complete the client intake proposal for the specific services the client wants to subscribe to from month-to-month. Individual Services: We contact customers first through email or return their phone call; for those who prefer email only for individual services--we work that way. Most clients like to have an initial phone call. From there, we try to get as much done up front as possible so that the first draft is a quality draft. Minor tweaking should be all that's needed on a resume. Cover letters and LinkedIn documents come later. And Career Coaching: Google Meet or if local, in person.
