- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Monthly Management Fee: 9% of collected rent, or the percentage necessary to meet the $100.00 minimum monthly fee, whichever is greater. Lease vacant unit For Leasing vacated residential units, all leasing fee of 80% will be charged. If an owner brings a qualified tenant and a lease is sign with the tenant. The management agrees to only charge $500.00 and as well as 9% monthly management fee. Annual Inspection: Manager will perform annual inspections (April, or September) at a cost of $30.00 onetime fee annually. Lease Renewal Service: The cost for Manager to initiate the lease renewal service is $100.00 per lease renewal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assured Choice MD market your home does all tours. Once new customers are interested. We have them to apply their our system. We run credit, rental, employment , and criminal background. Once the tenants are approve, they paid 1 to 2 months security deposit, prorated rent and next months rent. All tenants sign a lease. Assured Choice MD handles tenants from the beginning to the end.
