- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 on 1 sessions are $80 per session in person 1 on 1 sessions via Zoom are $60 per session Packages: Pay for 10 sessions and get 11 sessions Pay for 25 sessions and get 28 sessions (add Meal plan for $375) Pay for 40 sessions and get 45 sessions (add Meal plan for $350) Pay for 50 sessions and get 60 sessions (add Meal plan for $325) Group sessions in person: 2 people: $50 per person for the hour 3 people: $45 per person for the hour 4 people: $40 per person for the hour Bootcamp is on Zoom $140 for the month: M/W at 6 pm the Beginner's class Tues/Thurs at 7 pm is the Intermediate/Advanced class Meal Planning: $400 for 8 educating and insightful session with Aminta Cross, our nutritionist, as she will explore your food and nutrition concerns, discuss your goals, help you make better food choices together, and coach you to a long-lasting lifestyle change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss over the phone what the goals are and let them get a chance to experience my personality and knowledge (things can be lost in a text/email). Followed up with an in-person session, experiencing a session really shows if the client will like my style of training (1st session is free). For those aiming to lose weight, I keep measurements and take those during the 1st official session.
