Kate did my bachelorette and wedding day make up. Both times were awesome! My bachelorette make up was done just right for the night out with the ladies! My wedding day make up was fabulous! She kept me looking like me and that was very important to me and my future husband. I just looked like a more enhanced me! And my make up held up after many, many happy tears!! Kate's customer service (very important) and demeanor were great for a nervous and anxious bride. She remained cool, calm, and collected while getting mine and my bridesmaids make up done! Also, she listened to me and didn't force me to do something that I was not comfortable with!

Kate is an amazing make up artist. She was organized and efficient. She took her time to talk with me to find out what look I was going for and she nailed it! When she was finished I had to take a double take because I couldn't believe it was me! I would recommend Kate to anyone for any occasion. She did my makeup for my 40th birthday but I have the utmost confidence that she would do an amazing job for any occasion and I will be sure to use her in the future for upcoming events. Oh and her price is extremely reasonable and affordable!!!'

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While prepping my station and products, I typically just try to get to know the individual. In ask about past makeup experiences and their most/least favorite looks or features in addition to looks they like or dislike. More importantly, I strive to make new customers feel as comfortable as posaible. After all, makeup should be fun!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received training through John Casablancas and Von Lee School of Arsthetics and am a Certified Makeup Artist with over 23 years' experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love makeup. I love pretty things. I love making pretty things. I love putting makeup on pretty things. I love making pretty things see just how pretty they really are.
