Smart Home Construction renovated a bathroom and installed a shower for us. The workers were very polite and took care to cover floors to avoid damage. They thoroughly cleaned up every time. Gustavo is very knowledgeable and made some good suggestions. He was reliable and communicated well with us through the whole process. He had no difficulty working around some of the complications of a historic hone. We are very pleased with the finished bathrooms and will definitely use him again.

I had them demo and redo my bathroom, put drywall in my familyroom, do flooring and do electric work they do it all! Do not hesitate to call them, they are on time worked with me to get it done in my timeline and very reasonable priced.Easy to do the contract and get a hold of I had a pleasant experience.I will be calling them again soon! Def recommend.Here are pics of my bathroom and before and after pics of my family room.

I was really surprised at how quickly they did the work. And they did a great job painting my apt, tiling my powder room and hallway, replacing lighting fixtures and installing an electrical outlet above the fire place mantle. I will certainly be using them in the near future. Very talented and they cleaned up everything and left the apt very clean. So glad I found these guys.

Gustavos man did a great job, finished the work that was asked of him quickly and efficiently, while maintaining high quality. He even suggested a new color of paint for an added scope of work that he was able to start on right away and finish it in just a day.
I would highly recommend working with smart home construction! I definitely will be!
