Beautiful final pet friendly product we needed. Worked within the condo expectations. Clear communication when the job was more challenging than expected. Protected building carpets and elevators daily. Added greatly enhanced before pictures and completely unfiltered personal after photos. Updating baseboards and quarter round was emphasized prior to the job and they were right. Extremely happy with the final look.

Great professional team to work with. Steve Thomas was the person who handled our project, a really small one actually. We just needed the carpet for one room replaced and the upper floor carpets stretched again. Despite that Steve was very responsive and attentive to the project. He made valuable suggestions which we followed and they helped. He also gave detailed quotes for different options to replace carpets in other runs if needed. He did not push or try to get us to spend more than our house needed. The work done was excellent and timely for our project. It was so smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend Imageffects for all carpet related projects!! Especially Steve Thomas.

I couldn’t be happier with the work performed by this team. Steve was my main point of contact and he was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He arrived on time with carpet samples of various material and colors. Then, he emailed me 3 quotes based on what i was interested in. The final result was exactly what i was looking for and am 💯 satisfied with the service. Steve is working on another quote for us for another part of the house. I’ll continue to look to ImagEffects for my flooring needs!
