We love love love the flooring that was installed. Steve was always so responsive, very informative, and the quality of work that his team did was exceptional. They installed new carpet in the bedrooms, living room, LPV in the hallway, and installed a runner for our stairs. In addition, his team went above and beyond to create multiple floor mats for the entrances out of the extra runner material. We will be hiring them again in the future.

The crew did an outstanding job installing the carpet. We had a problem in the living room with the floor, they solved the problem with a new floor and then installed the carpet. Highly recommended!

We got a very honest and transparent estimate for new carpet installation replacing laminate flooring. Steve came up with multiple installation options and variety of carpet types. Unfortunately due to change of plans we couldn’t hire ImagEffects finally but we strongly recommend them due to their professionalism and honest business approach.

I can’t recommend this Steve and his team enough! They removed the carpet in my parents’ home and replaced it with beautiful hardwood floors. I put out several requests on Thumbtack, and they stood out as the most qualified. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained their plan thoroughly, helping us choose the best flooring options, especially since we have a dog. The team was efficient, thorough, and professional, and they completed the job seamlessly. They also took the time to install the stair treads I purchased as well! We’ll definitely use them again and happily refer them to others in the future!
