I can’t recommend this Steve and his team enough! They removed the carpet in my parents’ home and replaced it with beautiful hardwood floors. I put out several requests on Thumbtack, and they stood out as the most qualified. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained their plan thoroughly, helping us choose the best flooring options, especially since we have a dog. The team was efficient, thorough, and professional, and they completed the job seamlessly. They also took the time to install the stair treads I purchased as well! Great job by Steve and ImagEffect team. He was super knowledgeable about the product - and took time with us to select the right carpet for our needs & price-point in a highly transparent way. We also worked up a partial hardwood option and he did all the extra work to find a match for our discontinued hardwood. The installation went extremely well with great communication throughout.
