- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer an ala cart menu of add-ons. Pretreatment/Deodorizer, Stains, Pet urine are all treatments we offer. We also will pre-vacuum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We notify our customers when we are en route. Upon arrival we do an initial walk through to make sure we are align with our customers needs. This way they can view stains that might have previously been missed or decide to add a rug cleaning along with the carpet. At the end there is a final walkthrough to ensure expectations have been met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over five years of cleaning carpets and upholstery.
