- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is project based, as each of our projects is fully custom to your space. We offer multiple project discounts, if you choose to makeover more than one space. We can work within just about any budget however our project minimum is $1,500
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial consultation takes place in your home, where our expert designers will take the time to get to know you, your style, and your ideal solution for your space. They will then take measurements of the space accurate to the 16th of an inch and recreate your space in our 3D modeling software. Depending on the project complexity, our designer may design the project with you right there, but for more complex projects, will schedule a follow up meeting to review designs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our designers undergo rigorous design training in both design principles and color theory at our experience center in Dallas Texas, which gives them hands on training in all aspects of design. We are also members of the National Association of Homebuilders, The Maryland Building Industry Association, and the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals.
