Mr. Wilmer is very reliable, professional and reasonable with his fees.
He fixed and paints our patio made it ready for winter season. He buys the necessary products himself provide you with the receipt or you can buy it yourself it optional.
He fixed shelves in the storage room went to Home Depot got all the material in less than half hour we had a spacious storage space in our basement.
He worked in our bathroom fixed all the cracked tiles and sealed it well.
Installed shades for the basement window.
Fixed outside vent.
We call him Wilmer the fixer as he does from small to large projects.
Next project is working on the basement floors.
I have recommended to families and friends. Plumbing work for a coworker did yard work created a garden, fixing and replacing disposer, pained apartments and installed furnitures.
You need to be ready to answer the door because Mr. Wilmer will be on time.

Wilmer was fantastic! I thought we were going to have to replace the whole shower rough in but he pulled everything apart and found the parts that were causing the leaking. Went to Home Depot to get replacements and put everything back together. No more leak!! We’re hiring him for a couple more things we need done. Highly recommend!
