Carrol Water provides great service, scheduling was easy. They kept me up to date on the process and were on time. Their technician, Ken, was professional, courteous, took extra care in making sure I knew how to use the system and explained the setup. He kept the area clean and performed a masterful plumbing job. I highly recommend Ken and Carrol Water for a water filtration system.

There were on time, took the time to run the tests in front of me to show the results and explain what i was seeing. They didnt try to upgrade my system or sell me anything i didn't need. The adjusted my unit and said call them in a year. They are def my new GO TO water people...
