- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor and materials will generally be included in the quote unless stated otherwise. In certain cases, accessibility to perform at the particular worksite may present challenges for any ladder setup and/or staging of materials (I,e., slopes, gardens, trees, distance, buildings, neighbor access, etc ) so this may increase pricing . I do offer budget pricing which would provide the customer the opportunity to use an under estimated cost for a project by eliminating certain costly cosmetic details where applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
AMR Exterior Services will provide an estimated quote based on initial information provided by the customer via email/internet. Generally, a work site visit needs to be scheduled before a final quote can be provided. If accepted by the customer, a mutually agreed upon start of work time will be setup with the customer. Communication with customers are prompt and directly with with me ,the business owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AMR Exterior Services has years of hands on experience performing handyman, property and landscape maintenance and continues to maintain a Maryland State Home Improvement License since 2006.
