Although I did not go with Custom Print Warehouse to have my embroidery work done, they were very responsive to my questions and helped me to make an informed decision. They were prompt in their replies and in making a thorough assessment of the work I wanted done. I did not choose another company because of anything CPW said or did wrong. Our pricing reflects our attention to detail. When you need to look your very best. We always have you covered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we ask for print ready artwork. Most of the time this isn't an issue. Once we receive payment & artwork, we will send out your file to be digitized. Digitizing your artwork allows the machine to read & stitch your artwork appropriately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are 100% self taught with over a decade in the industry.
