Alex, we are sorry that you were unhappy with your request for us to stitch on the patch that you had us create for your hats. Your first order was for patch hats with adhesive glue, We sent them, then there was no complaints. Your second order was for more hats & shirts. Two weeks and you said that most of the patches were coming off however when we received the order back from. you which we paid to have shipped back to us, Only 1 patch had lifted from the corner, however you not only sent back the second order, you sent the first order back as well. We didn't complain, we didn't say one word about it. We stitched the patches on the machine, However we told you that it would not be an easy task as we would have to create a run stitch and do our best to line it up while walking the stitch on an embroidery machine which is not as simple as one would think. To be honest, we did in fact meet our time frame, You stated that you just received them yesterday however they were shipped over 2 week ago. We go above and beyond for our customers every day. Our reviews show that. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations although we were very transparent about the after the fact request.
