- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices quoted to clients are based on the number of guest and how many staff members are needed. There is a travel fee for any event over 80 miles. I also charge a nonrefundable retainer fee to book. Retainer fees do not go to service workers. Lastly if you do not want a tip jar there will be a 20% gratuity added on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TIPS certified and RAMP certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in sports bars when I was only 19 and fell in love with the industry.
