Carol with Personal Touch Notary was a lifesaver! She was able to meet me at the hospital on the same day that I submitted the request for a mobile notary. She was very thorough with explaining the process and getting a full understanding of my needs. She even brought a witness with her because I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to find one given the circumstances. My pricing is fair market pricing, I take into consideration my clients needs. I’m always transparent with my clients about pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I try to do is make my clients feel comfortable with me, by formally introducing myself, whether it’s through text, email or a phone call. Then, I explained to them what they will need for our appointment to be a successful one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had to take and pass a Maryland State Board Test, to do this type of work.
