First, let me say that Mr. Flores was very responsive. He contacted me within minutes after posting the request on Thumbtack. During our initial conversation, he made sure he understood the work request and we even video chatted so that he could have an accurate picture of the scope of the work. Mr. Flores and his crew were very punctual and very patient as I was running just a few minutes late. Again, upon arrival, we reviewed the work request together and he made suggestions for a few additional items that were necessary to ensure that the project was completed properly. Mr. Flores and his crew wasted no time in getting down to business and completed the tasks within a reasonable amount of time. He and his crew were very polite, respectful and friendly. I would most certainly use Mr. Flores again for any handyman repairs. The scope of work was bathroom repairs and included: changing out parts for toilet, replacing vanity faucet, hanging bathroom accessories and painting.

Exposed insulation and basement concrete walls needed to be sealed to prevent potentially carcinogenic dust. Naunflores immediately responded to my request, after discussing the project, he and his team were able to promptly fix the problem. So pleased with his work. I refered Naunflores Inc to my son who needed to repair a leaking window and the associated water damage inside the house wall. This is the response I received from them regarding Naunflores work: How can I leave them a review? I WANT TO WRITE THEM A GOOD REVIEW!!! Not sure if you can check your phone Seriously, they fixed extra window + removed nail holes and painted the spot that was slopply done by previous house owners. Isnt that amazing Wow the handyman did amazing job. They fixed it as if nothing ever happened. I am so happy with their work. They diagnosed problems that I wasn't aware of and offered to do extra work that wasn't originally included in the contract. Super respectful, pleasant, and professional. Definitely gonna call them again if the house needs repairing.

Mr. Flores was very easy to work with. He replied immediately to my initial request, and I had an estimate in less than 24 hours. He completed the job in a single day, using 2 additional workers. He used the materials I requested, followed my instructions and did an excellent job replacing the stone on top of my retaining wall. I would definitely recommend him.
