When working with a new customer, I start by understanding their needs through a brief consultation. I then provide a clear, upfront estimate and explain the process. On the day of service, I arrive on time, handle the removal efficiently, and ensure the area is left clean. I follow up to make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the job.
