- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not cheap because I'm a good technician with 15 years of experience and are not expensive because I'm not a big company but if you have a lot of activities to do I can give you a good price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with a new customer is to start with a conversation, I would merely tell the customer asking the questions first. I ask a few questions to learn more how I could better serve the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years in a electrical trade school, and working in an electrical service company since 2010.
