Dexter was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Diagnosed our problem and explained what was causing it. He cleaned up the clogged pipe and said that the condensate pump needs replacement. He recommended that in order for us to save money, we can buy the pump and replace it ourselves. He showed us how to do it and it was very easy indeed. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

KPK came out to check my AC because it was struggling to cool the house. He checked all points and pointed out possible issues such as insulation in the attic with duct work. I scheduled him for a second visit and he added insulation as we discussed. The house is much cooler so far and the AC is reaching cooler levels without struggling. Thanks to KPK for the thorough and professional work. The technician encourages questions and takes time to explain what he’s doing and why. I would definitely use again.

I've been through commercial union training for 5 years. I've also took various manufacturer training on specific products as well as general knowledge. Training must continue to be a driving force to successful technicians in order to stay updated on current laws, recalls, changes, equipment etc.
