Our water heater had couple of issues and the guys at Logan Mechanical were amazing. First Greg came out to get it checked and replace the thermopile and when that did not work they drew up a couple of proposals and had us fixed up with a new water heater in two days. Their prices are quite competitive but even more love the way they communicate. All the folks are super friendly and very transparent from the start. Highly recommend them!

I recently hired Logan Mechanical, and I couldn't be more pleased with Greg's service. He efficiently repaired my furnace by replacing the surface igniter, and the results were outstanding. Greg's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the process, and I highly recommend Logan Mechanical for any heating system repairs.

Loved my technician, AJ. He was prompt, diagnosed the problems quickly and explained the issue, and then presented my options with pricing up front. He had the repair parts ready (mine was a common problem) and got my AC working quickly. He then walked me through some routine maintenance tips to not have the same problem again. 100% will use again!

I used Logan Mechanical to diagnose and repair an old American Systems boiler that I could not light the pilot. They sent a technician Gregg out to take a look. I described the problem and he checked out the system. This resulted in a diagnosis of a faulty gas valve. A quote was supplied and we agreed to schedule the repair. On the next day, Jason was dispatched to replace the gas valve. Both technicians were prompt with their arrival times. They were very respectful and personable, willing to listen to my description of what had transpired. What I admired the most about them is that they did not attempt to sell me a new, more modern, heating system unlike some of their peers from other well known vendors had previously done. During the installation, a mounting bracket broke, making the job more of a challenge to complete. Jason offered up some possible solutions to move forward, but I/we decided on the more permanent solution of welding the bracket back in place. This resulted in a delay of about an hour and a half while he took the parts to be welded together. Upon returning, the installation was completed lickity split. Back in the business of making heat! Thanks Jason.

I have mixed feelings about the service received on our AC unit. On one hand, we’re happy the tech was able to come out and fix the issue where only warm air was coming out of our vents and now after installing a new contactor, we have cold AC. That’s the positive side of the visit. We were charged $350 just for that, where the actual piece itself is extremely cheap and not even $50, so essentially we paid over $300 labor for what took 15 minutes to install. Secondly, we now have a whole new host of problems to deal with since the tech completely removed our power company’s entire box that tracks power to our system, and simply left it on the ground, saying “I don’t deal with these, you’ll have to take it up with them. Gee, thanks a lot. Lastly, this company promises that they offer free diagnostic tests to identify the issue, which actually isn’t true at all, since the tech charged us $250 to perform “maintenance” on our already older system, only to tell us that we now need refrigerant, which is exactly what I said we needed at the very start of the appointment, so there is no way an experienced tech didn’t know this prior to performing his “maintenance” check. Essentially, we completely wasted $250 on so called maintenance, when this should have actually gone towards to other real issue, which was recharging the freon by adding coolant. Why even charge us $250 for a maintenance fee of our system, which actually should have been part of his FREE diagnosis. If my husband were here much sooner from work, I seriously doubt that tactic would have been attempted on him. I hate that a lot of these techs try to sneak in fees when dealing with female customers. It simply isn’t right at all. So now we have to accrue potentially new charges and a new problem with our power company because their equipment was removed from our AC unit and left on the ground, and one of our outdoor solar lights were broken during his servicing, and we were not compensated at all for that. Again, the tech fixed one of the major issues with getting our AC back up and running, but he also has placed us in an uncomfortable situation to now explain to our power company why their reader box was removed and why they now can no longer monitor our power. It would be great if we were not charged a $250 maintenance fee, which in actuality, was a backhanded way of being paid for what should have been a FREE diagnosis. We aren’t happy about that at all, as we still have to have someone to add refrigerant to our system, which is the exact service he should have performed anyway vs. a nonsense maintenance check. I’d like to be refunded for this charge to be frank, but given the world we live in today, I doubt that will happen as many companies are super money hungry, but let’s see if the owner is different from the rest. I’d say if you are looking for a company to immediately fix the issue, have them come out, but watch out for hidden fees that are communicated as maintenance, only to find more issues to charge you for. That’s the whole point of a diagnosis in the first place.
