Hello! I wanted to leave my review in regards to my move on Sunday December 1 with Nifty Pro Movers. I was completely disenchanted with trying to locate movers for over a week until I downloaded thumbtack. I reached out to several companies only to get outrages fees to move my bedroom set less than 10 miles from my home. Fortunately, I was contacted by Christy the owner of the company via phone promptly with an introduction about the company, services they provide and availability! I was able to get an affordable rate and service the next day! My movers were on time, professional and swift. They got the job done meticulously and with no issues! I am utilizing this company from now on due to the fact that they have excellent customer service all around which is imperative to any business! If you're like me and are nervous about finding movers online- Nifty Pro was so great. They showed up on time, were efficient, and carried my really heavy furniture easily. Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. We got all of my furniture from my 1bd to my new apartment and to a storage unit within 4 hours. They wrapped everything up to protect it and helped disassemble furniture that didn't fit in my door.

Miss Christy and her team were phenomenal. Miss Christy evaluated my needs, remained in constant communication with me, and checked on me throughout the process to ensure my needs were met. The moving team was punctual, careful with my belongings, and were very strategic about how things were packed in the truck and my storage unit. I will definitely be using this team again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Military and Senior 10% discount. Labor Moving, or Packing: $47.50 per man hour with a minimum of 2 hours (without Truck fee) Moving with Truck: Studio/1Bedroom with 12' Truck- $350 for the first 2 hours $47.50 each additional man hour 2-3Bedroom with 16' Truck- $450 for the first 2 hours $47.50 each additional man hour (Suggested 3-4 Movers) 3-5 Bedroom with 22' Truck-$550 for the first 2 hours $47.50 each additional man hour (Suggested 3-4 Movers) 5-7 Bedroom 26' Truck $678 for the first 2 hours $47.50 each additional man hour (Suggested 4 Movers) *Long Distance: Flat Rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to communicate directly with the client with a phone call to discuss and have a clear picture of the clients needs, if possible. We send an estimate to the customer through our 24/7 client portal from Nifty Pro Movers. From there, if the estimate looks good the client will approve it and it will turn into an invoice. Once Invoice is presented then a deposit for the minimum is due to hold date and time slot. We ask that you give us a 1 hour window to for pick up of furniture (items). Upon arrival a work order is presented and then its time to get to work! During the process management from the office check in with the client. Our job is to make sure that you have a great experience and satisfactory service!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff receive in house and in field training. As well, as on going continuing training to make sure that all policy and procedures are completed accurately.
