Introduction
My name is Lindsey Bench, I'm a Certified USUI Reiki II Practitioner and certified holistic health coach. I've been practicing Reiki since 2023. I start each session by doing a body scan to identify the focus areas. I'm happy to give my clients a breakdown of how Reiki energy works and how I work with the chakras and reiki symbols. I have a table that I travel with in the DMV area. I'm also available for remote sessions.
