PRICING GUIDELINES 1. INITIAL CONSULTATION - Fee: $250 (Must be paid prior to the meeting) - During this session, we review your objectives, conduct an initial site visit, and explain the architectural design process. Expectations, deliverables, and a project estimate will be provided. The Initial Consultation is a crucial step to avoid costly mistakes and ensure a cost-effective approach for a smooth and efficient project progression. 2. COMMERCIAL FIT-OUT PROJECTS - Architectural Services Cost: 10 - 13% of total construction costs - Commercial Spaces: on average $15 per SF - Prices may vary based on project complexity. - Engineering Fees are not included. 3. COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN - Cost: $10 per SF - Special discounts are available if both architectural and interior design services are reserved. 4. RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN - Inquiries for commercial projects accepted through Thumbtack.com. - For residential projects, please contact us directly for a personalized quote. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Architectural Design is traditionally broken down into 4 phases. 1. Schematic Design: research local codes, define program and design style, schematic design of Floor Plans and Elevations; 2. Design Development: continued development of plans and elevations, 3D model, selection of materials; 3. Construction Drawings: prepare CD Set and obtain a Building Permit; 4. Construction Administration: represent the owner’s interests during the construction, ensuring the project is built according to the drawings and heights building standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tatyana Swift, AIA, is an architect registered with the National Council of Registered Architectural Boards. She holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) Degree and LEED AP Building Design and Construction Certification, in addition to state licenses and years of experience.
