Ryan/Home Improvement Tech did a fantastic job on my Deck. I had them do a complete replacement of my old deck. Ryan did thorough walk-through to discuss work needed, and measured rooms before giving us an estimate. His company scheduled to do the work on days convenient to us. He was willing to beat other estimates. He is pleasant and polite.

One thing that I value is time. Ryan was always on time, very professional and always responsive to texts, calls or any doubts that I had. He guide me through the process and sent me proof at the end of the day. Costumer service 10/10. I had struggled with previous contractors but Ryan was there on the very next day. Ryan is a hard worker who cares about customer satisfaction. He provided a free in-home estimate. Although we had a date to start the work, I had a change of plans, and he was adaptable and began the job a day earlier. I plan to hire Ryan for my basement bathroom installation. Also, his prices are reasonable, and the job performed is well worth it.
