Ivan gave us a free quote for a bathroom repair including subfloor rebuild, drywall work, paint, and tile work. It was in line with what insurance estimated so we went with his services. He was punctual and communicative the entire time. The job took a bit longer than expected but it was at no expense or worry to me as Ivan operated pretty seamlessly to finish the job. He left the site clean every day. Do recommend him for general contracting needs.

Ivan was great! I Submitted my thumbtack project only an hour before he showed up to fix two of my broken barstools. They were in pretty bad shape, but he tightened all the loose screws and polished them back to perfection. Extremely nice and prompt! If anything else ever breaks I will definitely consider Ivan’s services again!
