Hire this company!!! We hired Landmark to remodel our basement. Our space was a bit complex to remodel, and we had a fixed budget. Will respected our budget and worked with us to our achieve our goals. No project goes perfectly, but William is an honest and salt-of-the-earth man. His crews showed up when they say they would, and they worked hard. In the end, they delivered on a wonderful new space. We are very pleased with Will and his company, and we know you will be too! We highly recommend them.

I would recommend using Landmark Construction. The price was the best out of all the estimates and any concerns or issues I had were addressed immediately.

Very responsive and punctual. Sent pre and post job pictures of roof. Explained their warranty and services and reasons behind repair recommendations. Will use again.

We have a 9 step process. 1. Consultation 2. Compose and send off proposal 3. Send contact via email for electronic copy for customer to sign 4. Receive Deposit 5. Begin Work -> Draw Stage -> Draw Stage -> Draw Stage 6. Close out Job 7. Walk Through 8. Punch List 9. Final Payment
