After my dad retired and sold our company a few years ago, I decided to start a new company modeled after the original, which provided quality pest control services to residential and commercial accounts in Maryland for over two decades. Ray is very knowledgeable and thorough. I was having an issue with carpenter ants and spiders, and though it has only been a couple of days since the exterior of my home was treated I can already see a difference. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost no two pest control issues are the same, which means flat rate pricing isn't common. I am always willing to give a FREE inspection/quote and the customer has the option to go with us or not. We offer 10% discounts to military/first-responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to offer a FREE inspection/quote and go from there. In most cases, our service schedule involves an initial service with a set amount follow-ups to monitor activity levels and additionally treat as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a certified pest control applicator for six years and have been in the industry for twelve years.
