We have been living with spotty wifi for 2 years. There are portions of our home that we completely gave up on. However, with me and my husband both working from home and needing stable internet for video calls we finally had enough. We invested in a mesh router network. The mesh router seemed as spotty as the service without so I finally called Atomic Geeks and within an hour he was able to diagnose the issue and then was able to resolve the key issue with our mesh router setup. It’s been a week so far and we have full coverage throughout our entire home. We could not be happier. I would recommend Atomic Geeks.

I submitted for this project at 5:30pm on Thursday afternoon, William contacted me within minutes and arrived at my location within an hour to help me with my issue! He was very professional and friendly, got my issue resolved within a couple hours. I had a follow up issue today (Saturday) and William answered immediately, remoted in and walked me through the problem, which turned out to not be a problem but my lack of knowledge, he gladly helped me and was again very professional and friendly with me. Atomic Geeks lists $149 per hour. Shortly after William arrived, he said $175 per hour, 2 hour minimum. I advise to ask this group the asking fee before a tech comes so you know what to expect. It was a 2 hour, apparently complex job. William contacted me soon after the posted review. He stated that their business is connected to a number of sites. He didn't recall the Thumbtack fee at the time. He reported that "It can be a daunting task to keep who came from where straight." Today, 9-18-2024, I received a refund of $52, consistent with Atomic Geeks' posted fee of $149/hr on Thumbtack.
