My experience could not have been better! I needed two toilets installed and Daud was one of the three most competitively priced. As I elaborated on the task (pick-up, local disposal, etc) the other two increased their estimates markedly while Daud stayed firm. In spite of him being the newest w/fewest reviews, I went with him due to his active communication and willingness to perform a good job. Outstanding doesn't seem a high enough rating! From the minute he showed up he hustled, respected property (not being reckless and banging into walls, etc) was courteous and very professional. Simply put...this man deserves your business!

Overall I received outstanding service at a fair price. Daud offered a ballpark quote via the app, and then an exact number in person with his brother Hamaas. The exact number was about the ball park estimate. Hamaas requested to start the Next day and met me at a local Home Depot at 7 am-He said 7 am and was there at 7 am sharp. The job was to install a bathtub with the drain and overflow, install a new mixing valve and move a toilet flange 2-4 inches (so it wasn't too close to the tub). At Home Depot Hamaas demonstrated his expertise in plumbing, by selecting the material necessary to get the job done. The tasks were a little complicated, as there were pvc pipes to cut and add too, along with copper to cut and solder in. Hamaas gathered the materials and we were on our way. Once at my home, Hamaas made quick work of the project. He worked nonstop 8am till 230pm. He did an outstanding job. As with any project there were some hiccups that were discovered along the way. Hamaas addressed these issues with ease. Overall these guys are great. They are now my plumbers. Skip the lowball offers. These guys have that old fashioned work ethic and quote a fair rate for a highly skilled worker who gets the job done quickly and right. They left this customer completely satisfied.

A pleasure to work with! My old tank was in its final leg and I tried to see if I could only replace the heating elements, but he showed me signs of leaking (lines of rust running outside of the panels) and where leaking was occurring when water spilled out as soon as he took off the two panels. I needed a new tank. Unfortunately I was only prepared financially for element repairs, and I was trying to avoid high credit card bills. Daud and I went to Home Depot where he helped me pick out a tank, even suggesting a less-capacity but sufficient one for my townhome to save some cash. He even paid for some of the cheaper (but required) parts himself, something he didn't have to do. As a result of the trip, I was able to afford 6-mo no interest financing at Home Depot for the tank and pay the cash I'd taken out for the elements/labor for the labor on the new tank installation. He worked late into the night so we'd have hot water for our showers tomorrow morning, and even at the late hour, showed me how to adjust the temperature of the water if it was too hot/cold. HIGHLY recommend!

I had an issue with the water pressure in our rental townhouse in Annapolis. I had gotten other quotes from plumbers stating the issue was due to a ball valve and some piping that needed to be replaced around the water heater. I got connected to Daub at Supreme Plumbing and he came out and spent a couple hours diagnosing the psi issue and found that the ball valve or piping wasn't the issue at all and that a psi booster was needed after the main pipe as the county stated the psi was at a good level coming into the house. Daub was upfront about the job and the materials involved. He even recommended cheaper options for the booster and materials to save some money as well. He was extremely professional and did a wonderful job installing the booster. My tenants are now happy with the stronger shower pressure in the upstairs bathrooms. Easily the best customer service I've experienced in the area. I highly recommend using Daub at Supreme as he is now my go to plumber for any future plumbing work!

We do not do price based on hourly rates! We charged based upon the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give the customer advice before have to come out to look at a job to see if it’s a simple fix. Because sometimes (ex.) it’s a simple as hitting a reset button on the bottom of the garbage diposal. All I want is a review and appreciation for free advice if it works out.😊
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I David Young started have been doing plumbing since 1983. I worked for many plumbing companies before I started Supreme Plumbing and Heating such as; Magnolia, Johnny B Quick, & Foots Plumbing. After learning plumbing from many master plumbing professionals I decided to start my own business in 1990. I have been running this business for over 20 years now and since my sons were 11 and 12 years old they have been with me on almost every job. They both posses great skills in the field of plumbing now that they even impress me (sometimes lol). Because they are my youngest children there knowledge of social media and technology has definitely kept my business afloat. They practically run the business from their phones. They started helping me part time while maintaining full times jobs I have been licensed in bonded for over 15 years and with my two sons I am now able to run my business and advertise online. Daud oldest son Attended a pluming trades school when He was 17 for 1 year and worked for Rooter-man the next 3 years. At 20 years of age he attended local 5 plumbing and training facility and completed many plumbing certifications and obtained his journeyman plumbers license. He helps with the business as much as possible. During his 5 years He also acquired many other Certs such as; Back-flow Prevention, cross-connection, Gas fitting etc. He has worked at hospitals, universities, hotels, etc. Over the last two years he obtained his Master license in WSSC, Virginia, & Rockville area and is currently the principle master for Supreme Plumbing and Heating, Hamaas younger son Started working for a company owned by a good friend of mines called Baileys plumbing services when he was 18 and for the next 2 years he was honing his skill with doing new condos rough-ins from the ground up. When he was 20 years old he started working as a plumber for a company named HEP (Housing Evaluation Plus), a midsize D.C. General Contracting Firm with many Gov't contracts. He started as Journeyman plumber and after just 2 years of hard work and dedication he became the head of the plumbing division for DMV area. He worked with them for the next 2 years. During the time while they were working at their full time jobs they were building a foundation for SUPREME PLUMBING & HEATING LLC. In 2017 Hamaas decided to make Supreme Plumbing and Heating a full time company. And in 2019 Daud decided to do the same. I David young have currently retired and work only as a consultant for big projects or troubleshooting issues.
