- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on several factors, including the scope of the project, materials chosen, and labor costs. We provide detailed proposals outlining all costs involved, so you understand exactly what you’re paying for. If you don’t already have blueprints, our design process does have a cost associated with it, which will be clearly outlined and discussed with you upfront. This design fee covers the time and expertise of our designers in creating plans that meet your vision and comply with building codes. While we don’t typically offer blanket discounts, we’re always happy to discuss potential cost savings through material selections or phasing the project. Any applicable fees, such as credit card processing, permitting or disposal fees, will be clearly outlined in the proposal. We believe in open communication about pricing and encourage you to ask any questions you may have.

We start with a free in-home consultation to understand your vision, assess your space, and discuss your budget and timeline. We’ll then create a detailed proposal, and once you approve, we’ll finalize the contract and schedule the work. Throughout the project, we’ll maintain open communication, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience as we transform your house into your dream home.
