I had been struggling to find a reliable HVAC expert through Thumbtack. While most companies were initially responsive, they failed to follow through when it came time to schedule the work. Two companies came out, charged me an assessment fee, and claimed I needed to replace my entire gas boiler system. However, after paying the fee, I never heard back from them. When I reached out to Mr. Julian, I shared what the other companies had told me and requested a quote for replacing the whole unit. Instead of just agreeing, he took the time to assess the system himself. To my surprise, he found that I didn’t need a full replacement—only a small part needed to be changed. Mr. Julian ordered the part, but knowing it would take until the end of the week to arrive, he went above and beyond to find a temporary solution so my system would work in the meantime. He even returned the next day to replace the part once it arrived. His honesty, professionalism, and dedication saved me a lot of time, money, and stress. My furnace wasn’t working and I needed somebody to get the job done so I reached out to this guy Julian. He responded back quickly said he can come out later that day and he showed up on time.Found out what the problem was gave me a price went to get parts before the store closed. Got it done real nice honest, genuine guy didn’t add on anything extra one set price period. if you need a hvac guy he is your guy its hard to find good honest people these days that going to give you quality work and be honest.
