I had a very frustrating experience with this business. I reached out to them for bartending services for an upcoming corporate event and went through extensive planning, including Christina sending over insurance details, curated recipes, and a shopping list. Christina assured me that an invoice and contract would be sent, but I never received either. Very busy week dealing with multiple vendors and not uncommon in doing this work for vendors not to send invoices prior as I’ve had this has happen before. Day of event text, call, and email Christina who responds, On the day of the event, I tried contacting Christina multiple times via text, call, and email, but receiving no response and then this “Good morning! I was hoping to get the opportunity to bring our services to your event today, however after not receiving the contract, payment or hearing back since I submitted insurance certificate four days ago, I was for sure that you decided to go another route with another company. I am so sorry but without the contract or payment before the event (typically 30 days before event) I could not move forward to book the date and secure staff, purchase supplies for such etc. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I feel horrible, however I would not be prepared last minute to be able to be there.”Leaving me in a huge bind. I recommend if you have an important event, save yourself the stress and high blood pressure don’t do the business!

Alexis, I am very sorry you are unhappy with your experience with me. I was contacted 6 days prior to this event, got right to work on a customized bar menu in an attempt to impress and never received a signed contract back after sending on that same day. I cannot invoice without a signed contract(as stated), and I cannot prepare entirely for an event without signed contract AND deposit (which we discussed was payment in full due to last minute event planning). After asking if you had everything you need from me to move forward, I received no response for 4 days- until just hours before the event. At that point, it would be impossible for me to prepare for and execute a party of any kind. I am very, very sorry things did not work out. I clearly was very excited to work with you. If I had a signed contract, you would have heard from me multiple times confirming all the details between Sunday and Thursday. I am sorry I was unable to perform additional work for your event. I wish I was able to help you out more.
