Walter was very efficient, recommended what needed to be done for my yard, and was extremely professional. Made a standing appointment based on the efficiency of the work done on the initial visit, and I can not wait to see the transformation he does to my yard. I was appreciative that they came same day but I wish I would’ve waited to find someone else. My lawn was not left aesthetically pleasing. I called and asked why were the clippings and branches left all over and I was told “it’s an extra charge for it to be cleaned up”. My lawn didn’t look that way before the service so why not clean it up. I asked why I wasn’t asked if I wanted it to be cleaned up. I was told “we have been too busy today”. Quality shouldn’t suffer if you’re being paid for a service. From the first to the last customer everyone should receive the same quality and effort. I was notified when they were on their way but wasn’t notified when they were leaving. Seems like they knew they didn’t clean it up and didn’t want to waste the extra minutes to tidy up. I didn’t know they left until I went outside and saw nobody was there. I shouldn’t have paid before the service was complete then maybe I would have been able to catch them and have them clean it up.
