I got married in the backyard of my childhood home last weekend, and despite the terrible weather, it was absolutely perfect. I can confidently say that had it not been for Aggie, the outcome would have been very different (quite possibly disastrous) and the planning would have been a nightmare. I originally had not planned to hire a wedding coordinator because I had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into with this whole backyard wedding thing, but since my mother had told me that having a planner would be the only way she'd let me get married in their backyard, I agreed. Boy, am I glad I agreed. Whenever something went wrong, Aggie immediately stepped up to fix it. She had great ideas for the wedding but always made sure to prioritize my vision for the day and find a way to make that vision happen. When there was a mixup with the tent we ordered and we were scrambling a few days before the big day worried about how we'd fit all of our guests, I called Aggie sobbing. She calmly told me everything would be just fine, and that next morning she made a call to the company to work things out and made an extra visit to our house while the tent was being put up in order to determine the layout for wedding, so we would be confident that it would work. Aggie made this process so much more relaxed and I don't know what I would have done without her. If you are wondering if it is worth it to hire Aggie for your wedding, the answer is YES YES YES!! You will not regret it and you will get far more than your money's worth with Aggie! She helped with the timeline of sending out invites etc., planning out the decor (which was BEAUTIFUL) so it would fit the vibe I was looking for, coordinating with all of the vendors on my behalf, and directing people on the wedding day to ensure that things ran on schedule and that my husband and I knew when to do certain things. She was such a pleasure to work with, and she is the reason that I was able to have my dream wedding come true! Please choose Aggie for all of your weddingplanning needs!!

Aggie is simply the best. Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, she's everything you want in a wedding planner!
I had a little pre-wedding anxiety as we got closer to the day, but she set me at ease during one of our calls. She had already completed everything on my list plus things I hadn't even thought to put on it.
On the wedding day, she would pop up exactly when we needed her and I’m sure she handled one hundred tiny problems that we never even noticed. Everything went smoothly, and that's entirely to her credit.

Aggie is absolutely a phenomenal wedding planner! I truly could not have done this without her by my side. Aggie’s attention to detail, guidance, and knowledge for weddingplanning is superb. My wedding day was truly phenomenal and most of it is because I had Aggie in my corner to make sure things went as planned. Even with having to make a last minute change from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor one, you would have never know there was a switch up in the plan. Aggie is truly amazing at what she does. Hiring Aggie Chongo as our Wedding Day-Of Coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. What we expected to be “day-of” support turned into so much more.
From the moment we hired her, Aggie went above and beyond. She created a detailed spreadsheet to track every aspect of our wedding and proactively reached out to our vendors, building relationships and managing communications with my husband and me. We truly felt like we had a partner in the process.
Ahead of the wedding, Aggie met with us in person to walk through the space and understand our vision. She asked thoughtful questions and made sure every detail was accounted for.
It was a micro-wedding with fewer than 25 guests, held in an intimate space that needed to be flipped from ceremony to dining room. I always prefer to start with a consultation call to get more details of the special day.
