About Me: I'm Mya, a self-taught Freelance Makeup artist in Burtonsville, Maryland. I offer full-face makeup application services in the DMV area. Business Hours: 9:00am-9:00pm. Before/After Hours Glam available by request. Booking: Appointments require 48-hour advance booking. Within 24 hours, a $30 squeeze-in fee applies. Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required for all services. Full service fee for consultations. Deposits via Cashapp, Apple Pay, or Zelle. Any consideration for a PARTIAL refund must be submitted with no more than 24 hours after service has been rendered. After 24 hours absolutely NO REFUND will be issued. Payment: No cash payments accepted. If you need to pay in cash, a fee will apply, and payment must be made before makeup application. Rescheduling/Cancellations: 50% late cancel fee within 24 hours. Rescheduled appointments must be in the same month. If you do not reschedule within the same month, you will be required to pay a new deposit and schedule your appointment as a completely new one. No-show clients charged full remaining balance. Tardiness: Arrive five minutes before scheduled time. $5 late fee every five minutes. Auto-cancellation after 15 minutes, non-refundable deposit. Communicate ETA for late arrival. Guests: Come unaccompanied unless they are receiving services. Limiting people due to public health conditions. Guests not receiving services will be turned away.
