Had a problem with a light switch and Max not only fixed it but he realized the person who installed the switch had it wired incorrectly. Although the switch worked for years with an incorrect installation a more dangerous situation could have occurred (i.e fire). Glad it just simply stopped working and Max was able to wire it the right way.

Max helped diagnose and solve an issue we were having with some electrical outlets. Normally I can fix a GFCI outlet myself, but there was a voltage issue and it was a tricky problem that had to be tracked down. Max was able to test the system and find the problem in the circuit breaker box and he also swapped out two other outlets for us. We had a specific time window we needed it done and he showed up on time and we as very helpful and got it down that morning. We are happy the issue is now solved and the outlets are working!

Max maintained constant contact to update me as to what time he'd arrive at my house. Once there, I showed him the issues that I was having. He diagnosed the issues of a non-working outlet, which involved a light-switch that was attached to it. He solved the issues of a new, non-working ceiling fan, and it has been returned. He also ensured that two of my electrical outlets were up to code with new GFI components. I have other electrical issues for him to clear up for me, so I'll be scheduling another appointment with him. Ken
