Did a great job for a great price, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Removed a large tree and ground the stump so well you couldn't tell it had been there except for the dirt area in the middle of the grass, and trimmed a few large branches again so well you have to look to see where they used to be. Came out very quickly for estimate, and were very professional, giving feedback on what actually needed to be done, including removal of another small tree/bush that we hadn't noticed was threatening the side of the house, but not over-cutting trees that didn't need it as some others have tried in the past. Overall, just a great experience.

KJA is absolutely amazing! We had a huge dead tree in our back yard that they removed. They came out to do an estimate right away and gave us a great deal! Glenda is the sweetest and so professional! The crew came out when expected and took down our massive tree with absolutely no issues. We didn’t even have to move our gazebo! Their communication is amazing and Glenda guided us through every step. Their work quality is excellent and top notch! I highly recommend them for all your tree and landscaping needs!!! A wonderfully easy experience. I had a large pine tree on my property that seemed to be leaning toward the house more with each rainstorm, so i was trying to be proactive and get it removed. They came out very quickly to provide a very reasonable estimate. They world was done so efficiently, and it is as if the tree was never there! I will definitely call them for trimming other trees in my yard!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $350 minimum starting rate. The prices on the trees are based on size, location, accessibility and surroundings hazards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Set up an appointment for the estimate: I always explain everything to my customer,I like to be honest, when its necessary to remove the tree or not ; in case of a trimming/pruning the pros and cons. 2) Schedule the job : I don’t leave until the customer is 100% satisfied.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a ground person for a company just on weekends ( I used to work for a construction company and I was looking for some extra income) but after a couple of weeks I took the opportunity to learn to become a tree climber, I worked there for almost 12 years, until I moved and decided to open my own business.
