KJA is absolutely amazing! We had a huge dead tree in our back yard that they removed. They came out to do an estimate right away and gave us a great deal! Glenda is the sweetest and so professional! The crew came out when expected and took down our massive tree with absolutely no issues. We didn’t even have to move our gazebo! Their communication is amazing and Glenda guided us through every step. Their work quality is excellent and top notch! I highly recommend them for all your tree and landscaping needs!!! I will refer them to everyone that I know! My family and I are forever grateful to KJA!!!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with KJA Landscaping and highly recommend them. They provided a fair and honest quote for the removal of a large, 30+ foot tree from my property, which was very competitively priced. Scheduling was prompt and easy. After receiving a quote Friday and accepting their proposal, removal was scheduled for Monday. The efficiency and thoroughness with which they completed the job were remarkable. In less than two hours, the tree was removed, stump ground, and all debris was cleared, leaving the area in pristine condition with the hole nicely filled. What stood out most, aside from their swift and clean work, was the easy, efficient, and prompt communication throughout the entire process.

Branches hanging over my roof giving pests easy access and they began nesting. Animal removed suggested I call a tree trimmer. KJA came out and assessed that not only could it be a pest freeway but that one tree is only being held up by the other tree which itself is unhealthy and could ultimately cause both to fall on my home! I got other estimates just to confirm the information. Not only were they honest but the communication from the time they gave an estimate until the time they pulled off was superb. Pictures and updates. They also came out within a week! They were the lowest estimate and I didn’t even tell them the other estimates. I would definitely recommend the service!

KJA did an amazing job of removing the leaves from my front and back yard. Communication from beginning to end was excellent as well. They agreed to do the job while I was away at work and when I returned home, I was pleasantly surprised with the results. It looked like I had a brand new yard! I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $350 minimum starting rate. The prices on the trees are based on size, location, accessibility and surroundings hazards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Set up an appointment for the estimate: I always explain everything to my customer,I like to be honest, when its necessary to remove the tree or not ; in case of a trimming/pruning the pros and cons. 2) Schedule the job : I don’t leave until the customer is 100% satisfied.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a ground person for a company just on weekends ( I used to work for a construction company and I was looking for some extra income) but after a couple of weeks I took the opportunity to learn to become a tree climber, I worked there for almost 12 years, until I moved and decided to open my own business.
