- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself on customer satisfaction. I strive to help my customers visualize their ideas for their spaces while staying within budget and scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to first consult with clients to learn what their needs are. The next step is to learn my client's vision/inspiration and style and color preferences. Next, a site visit is scheduled if the client decides to move forward with the process. The consultation fee is due on the morning of the site visit. Based on the consultation, I then create digital visual finish boards for my clients to review, tweak (if necessary), and approve. Physical samples can be ordered at this time as well, if necessary. From there, I proceed with project coordination and whatever it entails. I return to the site for project delivery, completion, and customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Over 20 years of experience in the federal government and private sector as well as specialized training and education.
