Fantastic company! I contacted Swimstar regarding an unusual Skimmer issue. Brian came out, checked everything out and returned with Hans. a plumber who performed the repair quickly and professionally. I then decided to have Brian schedule services for our hot tub and Im looking forward to continuing a consistent relationship with this company. I highly recommend Swimstar for any of your Pool or Hot Tub needs!

Working with Swim Star was a great experience. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and very helpful from the moment I reached out for service.

I was having issues with my pool and really appreciated how quickly he stepped in to assess the situation, explain what needed to be done, and help get everything back on track. He was knowledgeable about the pool system and took the time to make sure the issues were properly addressed, explain, and educate us.

Most importantly, my pool is now up and running, and I’m so glad I reached out to Swim Star for help!

Brian did an outstanding job cleaning and maintaining my hot tub. He took the time to teach me how to properly care for it and explained everything clearly so I felt confident and knowledgeable moving forward. His communication was excellent, and his service was exceptional. It’s clear he truly knows how to keep the water clean and the hot tub in excellent condition. I highly recommend him!
