One panel began going bad in December. Faris oversaw the process for getting a RMD approved by Panasonic and then getting a local electrician to install. While it took many months for Panasonic to authorize replacement, Faris stayed in touch to get the job done.

Raza was fantastic! We could not have been more pleased with how smooth the process was for getting our two non-functioning microinverters replaced. We have a system of 55 panels and have been trying to get them replaced for 6 months before finding Solar SME. Raza actually called me back!Every step of the way was easy peasy and we are very pleased with the professional, friendly, and efficient service we received.They are now our company of record in our Enphase account and we will be calling them when we add to our system or for anything else we need. We are phasing out all our gas appliances and we add to the system as we do. We are down to just the water heater and the cooktop. (Dryer is heat pump and extremely efficient).Call Raza at Solar SME and you will not be disappointed.

Mohammad and his team (Jose electrician, Rakan roofer and Udwan roofer) did a wonderful job installing solar panels on my roof. Work was interrupted by rain on the first day, but they were able to get everything done before 4pm the next day. They also followed up to work with the inspectors to make sure everything was good. I would use them again for my solar panel needs if we ever move to a different house.
