- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive to our market. While, we may be higher than some, our focus is providing the absolute best customer experience. We work hard prior to your event to ensure all the details have been cared for. On the day of your event, we engage to your guests to make sure they've had a memorable experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work with you to understand your needs and objectives. We'll make suggestions for templates and backgrounds as we prepare for your event. On event day, we show up 1.5 to 2 hours before our contracted time for setup.

We have an expansive diversity of clients from individuals to corporate clients to universities.
