- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $75 an hour, with a 5% discount for military and teachers. Removing unwanted items is also a service I provide, fees are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, a phone call to discuss the basics, and see if an in person assessment is needed. For longer distance clients, photos of problem areas will be requested. If agreed upon, customer will sign a contract and pay a $75 deposit either for a consultation or to hold the date. This will go towards the final payment which is due at the time of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). I have received credit hours from taking their fundamentals courses.
