- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will discount my services for projects that are scheduled for one week or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial discussion will take place via Zoom or phone to thoroughly review the project details. Once we have confirmed all aspects, we will collaborate during evenings and weekends to ensure timely completion. I will also check emails between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm during the weekdays. I will provide a draft at least one or two days prior to the due date, and I am more than willing to accommodate multiple drafts if necessary. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I look forward to working together to achieve your goals.

As a seasonal executive assistant who has worked within many sectors for C-level executives, I can provide exceptional administrative support.
