- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing for our services. We give the option of a hourly or flat rate based on the customers inventory list and needs All moves include the following: Loading/unloading Furniture padding & protection Furniture disassembly/reassembly Moving equipment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to introduce ourselves to the customer first and foremost. Next we either do a site visit or get an inventory list from the customer. From there we give a quote and clearly identify what services are included in the quote. We like to take care of all questions prior to move day so we can expedite the move as fast as possible. If we agree to terms we set up a move plan with the customer. After that we complete the move on the scheduled date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Business Administration in Management as well as a Bachelor's in Computer Technology Database Administration. I have over 10 years of commercial and household moving experience as well as over 15 years in warehousing and storage experience.
