We hired In & Out to clear out our flooded basement, including old gym equipment, couches, a fridge and freezer, carpet and all. They did exceptionally well they removed everything and had it all out on Sunday afternoon, I called Friday at 5:00pm they communicated everything well and great pricing 10/10 would recommend.
